Shipping & Returns Policy

💋 Wholesale Orders typically take around 5 Business Days to process before they're shipped. And another 5-7 Business Days for Shipping. We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS. International Orders will be shipped Free as well unless otherwise stated. 

💋  Individual Orders can usually be mailed out the following Business Day. But please allow up to 3 Business Days for processing.

💋 Refunds are given at the owners discretion. Usually refunds and cancelations are not accepted but they will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given on Private Labeling Orders since those are custom made for your business and cannot be re sold once I print your logos on them. Any orders that a refund is approved on will be issued minus the  original shipping costs.

💋 Boss Beauty Kollections is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. If you have an issues with a lost package please reach out to us and we can assist you but ultimately a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. If you wish to add a signature confirmation on a larger order please let us know.

💋  Please Ensure your Shipping Address is correct. If you notice it is not correct, please reach out to us ASAP. As long as the item has not been shipped we should be able to update the Address. If the product is returned due to the Address being incorrect then you will be charged a seperate shipping fee to resend the package. 

💋 No Refunds on Vendor Lists or any Digital Downloads.

💋 Boss Beauty Kollections is not responsible for customs charges for international orders. So please be sure to verify any fees that will be charged before placing an order. Also be sure to verify If the type of item is able to be delivered as well.
